Thank you to our speakers and sponsors (UC Davis TERC).  We had 14 wonderful young women join us for a fun filled day of learning, exposure to real careers, art, and science.   We hope to have another STEM Day in the Fall of 2024.

Here is the schedule for June 4, 2022:

– 9:00am   Aviation with Anna Serbinenko, pilot, mathematician, and studying Astronautics.  Anna joins us remotely.  She will show a video of her acrobatic flying and tell us about leaving Ukraine to study math at college in Switzerland, then starting a flight school in Canada.  Girls can meet her at the Truckee Air Show in July!  You may write cards to Ukraine and Anna will get them delivered.  We supply the cards and art supplies.
– 10:15am Break with snacks and drinks provided
