Our next Program Speaker Meeting is on May 8, at the Parasol Building, at 5:30 p.m. Our feature speaker is Julie Padelford, our own member. She is a resident of Incline Village, a retired lieutenant with the City of Miami Fire Rescue. July will be talking to us about her career as a canine search-and-rescue specialist. It promises to be a fascinating talk, especially for those of us who love dogs and who are grateful for the rescue work that our furry friends provide.
