The Outdoor Enthusiasts’ Group, headed up by Lynn Whetstone, gets together year round to enjoy hiking, snowshoeing and other outdoor activities (and good companionship!) in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area. We meet most Monday mornings at 9:30 AM at a trailhead in the local area for a hike or snowshoe.   Please send an email to Communications@tahoenvaauw.org with “Lynn–Outdoor Enthusiasts” in the subject line if you would like to participate and be notified of upcoming hikes by email.

During the warmer  months there is also a group that kayaks from Ski/Hermit Beach in Incline Village at 9 AM most Wednesday mornings. To be placed on the kayak email list, please email Communications@tahoenvaauw.org with “Liz–Kayaking” in the subject line.

To join bike rides in the Tahoe area on Thursdays or Friday mornings, please email Communications@tahoenvaauw.org with “Millie-Cycling” in the subject line.
